One year ago, at WWE NXT Great American Bash Night 2, Keith Lee defeated Adam Cole in winner takes all match and won the NXT Championship. With that win, Lee became the first-ever superstar to hold the NXT and NXT North American Championships at the same time.
However, Keith Lee relinquished his NXT North American Title after two weeks of becoming double champion. It was memorable moment for Keith Lee and on July 8th, it marks one-year anniversary for winning NXT and NXT North American Titles.
Keith Lee took the Twitter and reacted about his special moment. He also sent a heartfelt message to fans to be patience and not quit on him.

Keith Lee held the NXT Title for 44 days and lost it to Karrion Kross at NXT: TakeOver: XXX. It was also Lee’s last match in WWE NXT and later he moved to Monday Night Raw. On his main roster debut, Lee directly put on feud against The Viper Randy Orton and also picked huge win against Orton at WWE Payback 2020. Lee had good run since his main roster debut but since February WWE kept him off to WWE TV as he medically isn’t cleared to wrestle.
