This past Monday Night we got the shocking news that Jimmy Uso was once again arrested for DUI after being stopped by police for running through red light at Pensacola, Florida. Jimmy Uso failed sobriety tests and ended up spending a night in jail before getting bailed out the next morning.
Previously, it was reported that although some WWE higher ups were “extremely disappointed and legitimately pissed off” with Jimmy’s situation, WWE reportedly didn’t take any action against Jimmy Uso. On last week’s Friday Night Smackdown, Jimmy Uso heavily featured throughout the show, which indicates that WWE decided not to take swift action against him.

On the recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer stated that current plans for Tribal Chief Roman Reigns and The Usos are deemed more important to adjust and that’s the reason why WWE didn’t hasn’t fined or suspended Jimmy Uso for his arrest.
Meltzer also speculated that with Roman Reigns and The Usos involved in the major storyline that also includes plans with The Rock at next year’s WrestleMania, so, WWE not willing to put any of that plans into jeopardy at the moment as they are moving close to the big dream match.
The recent edition of Friday Night Smackdown, ended with Rated-R Superstar Edge and The Mysterios taking out Roman Reigns and The Usos. While Reigns escaped from them but Edge laid down both Jimmy and Jey Uso in the ring while Reigns watching it from the stage.
