Roman Reigns vs. John Cena For Universal Title Made Official For WWE Summer Slam 2021

Last week 16-time World Champion John Cena challenged Tribal Chief Roman Reigns for Universal Championship at WWE Summer Slam 2021. But Reigns denied his challenge and accepted Finn Balor’s challenge.

Tonight WWE announced that Finn Balor and Roman Reigns will sign the contract for their Universal Championship Match at Summer Slam to make it official. But during the contract signing, Baron Corbin attacked Finn Balor and tried to sign the contract.

Then, John Cena came out and attacked Corbin, and signed the Summer Slam contract. Later, Paul Heyman had backstage segment with Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville, in which he stated that Finn Balor name was on contract and Cena signed it, so, it’s invalid.

But Adam Pearce stated that he clearly sees the signatures of John Cena and Roman Reigns, so, he will consider it. And Sonya Deville stated that it’s official that Roman Reigns will defend his Universal Championship against John Cena at Summer Slam 2021.
