On recent edition of Friday Night Smackdown, Zelina Vega made her empathic return to WWE. Sonya Deville re-introduced her and also put her in Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match. It was a huge opportunity for Vega as she would get guaranteed title shot if she manages to win MITB briefcase.
Zelina Vega also appeared on Talking Smack co-hosted by Kayla Braxton and Pat McAfee. While speaking, Vega was asked about which champion she would go after winning MITB briefcase.
Then, Zelina Vega stated that she is open to go after any champion from Raw, Smackdown and NXT but also mentioned that she has some unfinished business with Smackdown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair. So, it seems that she was more inclined to choose her.
“I think I have some unfinished business with Bianca. If she is even gonna remain champion…although I’m not really fond of Bayley either. Whoever it’s gonna be, that’s who I have my eyes on right now. I can take them all, it’s fine!” said Zelina Vega
On her return, Zelina Vega cut a promo about how confident she was about winning Money In The Bank briefcase. But Liv Morgan interrupted her and had confrontation, which led to match between them. In a short match, Liv Morgan got the win over Vega and put a notice to Sonya Deville for a spot in MITB Ladder match.
