WWE shockingly released the former Universal Champion Bray Wyatt on last Saturday. It was a big surprise for the wrestling community as he’s the top superstar in the company and a big maker through his merchandise. Now, we got the some backstage details after Bray Wyatt’s release.
According to the Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, WWE roster and stuff morale have taken a huge hit as there is a “gigantic amount of frustration” within the company regarding the Bray Wyatt’s WWE Release.
Previously, it was reported that Bray Wyatt’s release was due to budget cuts. But Sean Ross Sapp and Fightful have reached out almost 20 people within the company this weekend and they don’t believe the company’s reasoning and there has to be more to this release as Bray Wyatt is a big money maker for the WWE.

Sean Ross Sapp reported that the general consensus among the talent he has spoken is that no one believes Bray Wyatt’s release was due to budget cut based on the popularity of the Bray Wyatt’s character and his ability to sell the tons of merchandise when he was active on WWE TV.
It was also reported by Sean Ross Sapp that several long-time members of the WWE roster told that they didn’t feel safe about their jobs despite of their past pushes or their current place on the card.
