Tonight’s WWE Monday Night Raw is live from the Allstate Arena in Chicago. WWE announced few matches and a segment for the tonight’s show.
WWE announced that Raw Tag Team Champion Omos will battle Riddle in one-on-one match. Raw Women’s Champion Nikki Cross will battle Charlotte Flair in No Holds Barred non-title Match. And also WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg will respond to the Bobby Lashley rejecting his Summer Slam challenge.
Here The WWE Monday Night Raw Full Matches And Results With Short Review:
– Tonight’s WWE Monday Night Raw opened with Allmighty Bobby Lashley making his way to the ring along with MVP. They are in the ring now and MVP welcomes to Raw and says everyone is excited to see Goldberg. MVP says before Goldberg comes out, All-Mighty asked him to address few things.
MVP brings up how Goldberg came to the show uninvited and challenged Bobby Lashley for the WWE Title few weeks back. But Lashley has not dignified the challenge with a response. MVP says without a doubt Goldberg is an icon and G.O.A.T, can annihilate any man at any given night but this time he didn’t challenged man, he challenged All-Mighty. MVP says Goldberg is a gladiator, used to stepping into this coliseum and squashing any other gladiator, but Lashley is not a gladiator, he’s a Kaiju, an unstoppable force, a monster. MVP is here to prevent a tragedy. Now fans chanting “Goldberg”.
MVP further says if it happens, it won’t end well for Goldberg and may be end of his career. MVP asks fans if Goldberg wants to be remembered as champion or casualty. Now, music hits, here comes WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg, he makes his way to the ring, stopping to share a moment with his son at ringside.
Goldberg says if anyone should be worried about losing, it’s Bobby Lashley losing his WWE Title. Goldberg says after listening to his music, he knows MVP is nothing but scared. He went face-to-face with Lashley and says Lashley looks scared. Goldberg says he knows what Lashley is thinking, that he, Lashley, is a high-level athlete and a gladiator. Goldberg says but, a high-level athlete questions himself, a gladiator shows weakness, so… Goldberg laughs.
Goldberg asks Lashley if he’s up for the challenge because when Lashley first saw him walk down the ramp, he saw Goldberg as his next victim in his coliseum. Goldberg says this isn’t his coliseum, this is Chicago and the fans here can smell fear a mile away, and Lashley either crapped his pants or is scared out of his mind. Goldberg continues that it doesn’t matter if he’s 35, 45 or 105, Goldberg always be a Goldberg. He always lives with a Spear and Lashley will die by a Spear.
Goldberg says that’s why he’s Goldberg, and because he’s Goldberg, at SummerSlam, the champ… you’re next. Goldberg drops the mic and exits from the ring. Lashley staring at Goldberg and MVP points Goldberg’s son to Lashley. Then, they went to Goldberg’s son, who at ringside, and MVP says Bobby Lashley is going to end his father’s career.
Lashley back to the ring and raises his title high. MVP still talking trash to Goldberg’s son, then, Goldberg came back and hits spear to MVP. Goldberg’s son jumps over the barrier and heads to the back with his dad. Goldberg talks trash to Lashley from the stage, threatening to kill him if he messes with his son. Lashley helps MVP to his feet to end the segment.
– Drew McIntyre defeated Veer and Shanky via disqualification in 2-on-1 handicap match. At the closing moments, Jinder Mahal attacked Drew McIntyre to cause disqualification. After the match, Jinder Mahal, Veer and Shanky all are with steel chair staring at Drew, who is down. Drew gets up and grabs his sword and gets into the ring. Drew knocks Jinder’s chair with his sword. Jinder runs away from the ring. Drew then drops Veer with a Glasgow Kiss headbutt. Veer retreats now.
Drew stares at Shanky, pointing the sword at him. Shanky looks like frozen with fear and backing into the corner now. Drew goes to swing the sword but Shanky escapes from the ring. Drew stands tall while Shanky joins Jinder and Veer on the stage. Drew points the sword at them and they looks on. Jinder stood tall and poses in the ring as fans pop.
The camera cuts backstage to Kevin Patrick stopping Jinder Mahal, Veer and Shanky for their comments. Jinder yells about Drew McIntyre threatening their lives and says karma will catch up with Drew. Jinder, Veer and Shanky run away backstage as we see Drew posing with the sword in the ring.
– Kevin Patrick stops Drew McIntyre at Backstage and asks about Drew McIntyre, Veer and Shanky. Drew says he didn’t get the job done. He comments on how blood-thirsty Chicago is tonight, saying he might finish the job. He talks about keeping Mahal in fear every week and he loves it. He says Jinder will get to pick between the hospital, the graveyard, or Angela. Drew says Jinder has known him for over 10 years and he knows that’s not a threat, it’s a promise. Drew walks off.
– Rhea Ripley defeated Nia Jax via Pinfall. After the match, Ripley retreats to the floor and Shayna Baszler enters the ring. Jax yells at Baszler for distraction and both started arguing. Nia Jax is bleeding heavy from one side of her face. Baszler exits from the ring while Jax looks at her. Suddenly, Rhea Ripley hits superkick to Nia Jax and delivered a RipTide to Jax. Rhea Ripley stood tall over her and fans cheer for her.
– T-BAR and MACE defeated Mustafa Ali and Mansoor via Pinfall. After the match, Ali is standing over Mansoor. Now, MACE and T-BAR comes his behind and hits High Justice double team move. Mansoor came back to the ring and checks on Ali.
– Charlotte Flair makes her way to the ring. She says a few days ago she woke up to headlines on Simone Biles withdrawing from the Olympics. She wondered why she would want to withdraw from something so big, then learned it was a heath issue, and then began to sympathize and relate with her. Fans started chanting Becky Lynch. Flair says Becky is not her and it’s Flair who sold out Allstate Arena, not her.
Charlotte Flair brings up who she defeated Rhea Ripley at Money In The Bank PPV to win Raw Women’s Champion but Nikki A.S.H legitimately cashed-in her Money In The Bank Briefcase on her next night and won, no stole, the title. Flair says when she woke up the next morning, she asks herself what the hell was going on because she was near her breaking point and on the verge of her own nervous breakdown, because she is an 11-time champion and that makes her the most decorated woman in the history of this business.
Charlotte Flair says, on speaking behalf of everyone, cashing in Money In The Bank Briefcase to win the title is most cowardly thing to do in the business. It’s not competition, it’s theft, and she has now been cashed in on not once. Flair brings Kendo Stick under the ring, saying she will beat Nikki with it. Flair says she has been cashed-in on three times now. Flair tosses a broom and a chair in the ring now and tells how she’s going to beat Nikki around, and how the only way to win a title from her in WWE is to cash in.
Charlotte Flair is back to the ring and says last week she chose to show her superiority over Nikki, and when she beat Nikki, Nikki had the audacity to request a rematch and say she can still beat Flair. Flair says she punched Nikki in the face, which makes her gullible, not confident.
Flair says the one thing fans love more than a champion is a martyr, and Nikki is both, and tonight Nikki will sacrifice herself in a No Holds Barred match, where there are no disqualifications and no hiding from Flair. Flair continues but suddenly RAW Women’s Champion Nikki A.S.H. shows up behind Flair and hits Flair with a big steel chair on back. Fans pop as Nikki gets hyped up and Flair looks on from ringside.
– Eva Marie and Doudrop at backstage with Kevin Patrick and he asks about Natalya suffering injury during their match last week. Eva Marie says who cares and says we should be more concerned about the smear campaign by Bliss and her ugly little doll. Eva Marie pokes fun at Doudrop’s life before she came along and talks trash about Alexa Bliss and Lilly. Doudrop is not happy with Eva once again. Eva says last week Natalya paid the price for getting in the way of the “Eva-lution” and tonight Tamina Snuka will pay. Eva and Doudrop walk off.
– Tamina Snuka defeated Doudrop via Pinfall. After the match, Eva Marie checks on Doudrop and yells at her. Then, we hear the Alexa Bliss laughing on the big screen along with Lilly. Bliss says Eva Marie is the loser of the match and continuea laughing. Eva seethes and yelling at Doudrop for losing.
– Damian Priest at backstage and Riddle shows up with his new scooter because Omos broke his scooter last week. Priest asks Riddle if he worried about Omos doing the same thing tonight. Riddle goes on about having the power of Randy Orton running through his veins, and having so many voices in his head he can’t keep track. Then, Riddle brings up Priest feud with US Champion Sheamus and his appearance on MizTV. Priest says he had handled those clowns before and isn’t worried about Miz and John Morrison. Both wishes eachother good luck and walks off.
– The Miz and John Morrison make their way to the ring for the another must-see edition of MizTV. Miz says he can’t help his feelings of disdain for his guest tonight, who has a long history with he and Johnny Drip Drip. Miz introduces his guest and out comes Damian Priest. We get a look at how Priest and rapper Bad Bunny defeated Miz and Morrison at WrestleMania 37.
Priest enters the ring and Morrison has words with him. Miz and Morrison blames Priest for putting Miz in the wheel chair and says he’s taken the advantage of the injured as of late. They also calls Priest as a cheater for taking mask off from the United States Champion Sheamus last week. Priest says they are out of mind. “CM Punk” chants starts from the fans. Priest says Shemaus was cleared to compete last week and gives some props to him for wrestling with injury.
Then, Priest questions the legitimacy of Miz’s injury and if he will ever wrestle again. Priest wonders if Miz’s leg is injured, or something between them. Miz brings up how he never got injured until working with Priest. He says if he wasn’t in the wheelchair, he’d slap the taste out of Priest’s mouth. Priest steps to him and dares him.
Priest goes on but Morrison interrupts him, saying that he’s disrespecting them. Priest talks more trash, then, Miz threatens him that Morrison will make Priest regret ever saying anything bad about them. Priest asks what is wrong with them, he came out to challenge Sheamus for the United States Championship but they have pissed him off, and now he just wants to fight them. Priest blocks a Drip Stick shot from Miz and tosses him out of the ring. Priest taunts Miz, who is trying to wheel himself away. Priest hits Miz with the Drip Stick shot. Miz tries to spray one back but Priest soaks him.
“Are you THIRSTY, ese? Cause I can fix that in a hurry!”
– Damian Priest defeated John Morrison via Pinfall in short match. After the match, US Champion Sheamus attacked Priest untill Ricochet came to save Priest.
– Sarah Scheriber at backstage with WWE Champion Bobby Lashley and MVP, who looks in pain after that massive spear from Goldberg. Lashley says he hopes Goldberg brings his son to SummerSlam so he can watch Lashley annihilate him. Lashley and MVP walk off and the announcers confirm the match for SummerSlam.
– Alexa Bliss at backstage talking with Lilly but suddenly Doudrop attacks her from behind and beats her down. Then, Eva Marie shows up and insults Bliss and Lilly, then welcomes them to the “Eva-Lution” and walks off with Doudrop. Lilly suddenly stands up by herself.
– Kevin Patrick at backstage with Rhea Ripley and she says match with Nia Jax was brutal but not as brutal as a No Holds Barred match, where everything is 100% legal. Rhea Ripley says she will be watching and hopes Nikki A.S.H beat the hell out of Charlotte Flair. But nothing that happens tonight will change the fact that she will win the title at SummerSlam.
– Reggie defeated Akira Tozawa and successfully retained his 24/7 Championship.
– Nikki A.S.H at backstage with Kevin Patrick and says she’s never been in the match this dangerous and doesn’t know what to expect. She further states that she had confidence to beat Charlotte Flair and if she does she can prove to the entire world that you can be almost a super hero if you just believe in yourself and headed towards the ring.
– Nikki A.S.H defeated Charlotte Flair via Pinfall in non-title No Holds Barred Match. After the match, Nikki A.S.H stood tall with her title in the ring and went to ringside to celebrate with the crowd and Raw goes off air.
