WWE Monday Night Raw Full Results (September 6th, 2021)

• The Viking Raiders vs. AJ Styles & Omos vs. Mustafa Ali & Mansoor vs. The New Day vs. Jinder Mahal & Veer vs. MACE & T-BAR vs. Lucha House Party in Tag Team Turmoil Match

• Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Nia Jax (w/ Shayna Baszler) for Raw Women’s Championship

• Drew McIntyre vs. Sheamus for US Title #1 contender match

• Nikki A.S.H & Rhea Ripley vs. Natalya & Tamina Snuka

• Reggie vs. Akira Tozawa for 24/7 Championship

– Tonight’s WWE Raw opened with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods backstage cutting promo on tonight’s Tag Team Turmoil match. Then, Viking Raiders, Mustafa Ali and Mansoor, Lucha House Party, MACE and T-BAR, Jinder Mahal and Veer, and finally AJ Styles and Omos all cuts promo for the tag team turmoil match.

– WWE Raw Tag Team Champions Randy Orton and Riddle make their way to the ring. Orton says last week MVP and Bobby Lashley tried to take these tag team titles but they failed miserably because Lashley is nothing but a greedy son of a bitch. Orton says tonight he and Riddle are going to watch the 7 tag teams competing and see which deserves to be defeated next. Now, Riddle interrupts and says tonight is going to be sick and starts talking about the other teams and as usual gives some wild ideas, and some annoying comedy.

Randy Orton starts laughing but suddenly music hits and here comes WWE Champion Bobby Lashley and MVP. MVP says Riddle to shut his dumbass up. Now, they entered the ring and Lashley says Orton’s actions were that of a coward last week and he can’t believe they’re out here talking about tag teams after what happened last week. 

Lashley wants to finish what was started last week and goes on, then, Orton asks if he’s being challenged. Lashley confirms he’s challenging Orton to a one-on-one match. Then, Orton says it’s been maybe 10-15 years since they faced each other in the ring and mentions Lashley’s double champion talk from last week. Orton further says he will accept Lashley’s challenge under one condition that when they fight, Lashley must put the WWE Title on the line and a huge pop from fans.

Then, MVP proposes a WWE Title match ag Extreme Rules. Lashley says he is that greedy son of a bitch like Orton said, so they’re going to talk to Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville to get put into Tag Team Turmoil so he can become a double champion just like Orton said he would be. Both the teams have words in the ring until the music interrupts and here comes The New Day. Kofi Kingston talks about kicking Tag Team Turmoil off right now and Woods says they doesn’t care if the odds are against them, they were when he beat Lashley a few weeks back. Now, music interrupts and out comes The Viking Raiders.

– The New Day eliminated Viking Raiders, Jinder Mahal & Veer, Lucha House Party and MACE and T-BAR. Following that MACE and T-BAR attacked New Day, then, Mustafa Ali and Mansoor came out to save New Day. MACE and T-BAR fights back and took out Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, Mustafa Ali and Mansoor. Referees came to send them Backstage. 

Sonya Deville and Adam Pearce came out and says they are not going to end match like this. They let to give some time for New Day and Mustafa Ali and Mansoor to regroup, and match will happen later tonight. They also announced that Bobby Lashley and MVP added to the match. Tag Team Turmoil match will be restarted with 4 teams New Day, Mustafa Ali & Mansoor, AJ Styles and Omos, and Bobby Lashley & MVP later.

– Sheamus defeated Drew McIntyre via Pinfall and became the #1 contender for the Damian Priest’s US Championship. After the match, Sheamus stood tall but McIntyre hits Claymore to him.

– Kevin Patrick stops Damian Priest at backstage. Priest is laughing at what happened to Sheamus and says he’s seen a lot of matches and fights in his life, but that was a fight, and that’s why he likes squaring up with these guys because they can go. He expects no less from Sheamus at Extreme Rules. He knows something Sheamus doesn’t know – he has Sheamus’ number and Extreme Rules will end with Sheamus on his back.

– Sarah Schreiber at backstage with Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H. They talk about possibly getting on the same page tonight and going on to win the Women’s Tag Team Titles but Ripley is hesitant. It looks like Nikki wants their team name to be Super Brutality. Ripley remains hesitant but Nikki is very excited and heads off to the stage.

– Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H defeated Natalya and Tamina Snuka in non-title and became the new #1 contenders for WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles.

– We see John Morrison at backstage in a ring for the another must-see edition of Moist TV and his guest is sitting next to him – Karrion Kross. Kross thanks Morrison for having him on the show and says it’s a real honor. Kross says he could be described as a person who wants to make people’s worst dreams become a reality. 

Morrison says that’s interesting and asks what’s next for the Karrion Kross, then, Kross says he plans on making Morrison suffer. Morrison laughs and asks Kross if he plans on going for a title or something else. Kross says those all sound like good ideas but he will go for them right after he eliminates Morrison from existence.

 Morrison brings up how he’s been doing this for years, he’s been in the ring with DX, The Undertaker and Kane, so stop trying to be scary. He also says everyone in WWE knows that if you challenge him will end up getting a Drip Stick. Kross says Morrison asked for answers so tonight he will get them, in the ring, when Kross teaches him to fall and pray. Kross gets up and walks off.

– Karrion Kross defeated John Morrison via submission.

– Sarah Schreiber at backstage with Nia Jax and asks about what Charlotte Flair had to say earlier tonight. Jax says she’d rather not waste her breath on Flair but what she said earlier was just a defense mechanism. She brings up on how she splattered Flair last week. Jax says Flair wants to hit her with crown tonight, but she shoved that so far up her behind, she’ll have a better chance at finding some dignity up there, which she also lost last week. Jax says Flair better get used to losing because tonight she will finish what she started and walk out with the title.

– Charlotte Flair defeated Nia Jax via Pinfall and successfully retained her Raw Women’s Championship. At the closing moments, Nia Jax went for superplex but Shayna Baszler distracts her, then, Jax yells at her. Charlotte Flair took it as advantage and hits Natural Selection and pins Jax to retain the title.

After the match, Charlotte Flair celebrates with the title in the middle of the ring. Suddenly, Alexa Bliss appears on the big screen, sitting in her swing with Lilly. Bliss says Flair is done fighting and now, it’s time for fun. Bliss and Lilly invite Flair to Alexa’s Playground and says Lilly wants Flair to bring one of her shiny robes so she can try it on. 

Flair says they’re cute but The Queen doesn’t do cute and she’s not interested in Alexa’s mind-games, and she’s definitely not coming to the playground. Bliss says that’s too bad and asks if Flair has any idea what it’s like to be stuck somewhere with a maniac. Bliss says of course she does, she’s a Flair. Bliss says if Flair won’t come to them, they will come to her. Suddenly, lights start flashing in the ring as a nursery rhyme starts up, then, lights come back and Bliss is standing behind Flair, Lilly in-hand. 

Bliss laugh and echoes around the arena. Flair turns around and sees Bliss staring at her. Charlotte says Bliss obviously wants something, so what is it? Then, Bliss points at the RAW Women’s Championship. Flair asks if Bliss wants a title match? Flair says that’s fine, but this ring isn’t Bliss playground and it’s hers. They both star each other down as Flair’s music starts and she exits the ring as Bliss smiles at her.

– Reggie defeated Akira Tozawa via Pinfall and successfully retained his 24/7 Championship. After the match, Reggie stands tall with the 24/7 Title, then, R-Truth hits the ring but Reggie gets the upperhand. Humberto Carrillo, Shelton Benjamin, Drew Gulak, Jeff Hardy and Jaxson Ryker run down but Reggie leaps onto them and keeps going up the ramp.

Reggie stood on the ramp and WWE NXT Superstar Drake Maverick appears behind him. Reggie turns around and they both stare at each other but Truth runs up to them. Truth yells at Drake and tells him to go back home to his wife. Reggie is already running to the backstage and Truth follows.

– Kevin Patrick stops Doudrop at backstage for comments about noting that Eva Marie isn’t here tonight. Doudrop says karma has a funny way of coming back around to Eva and brags on taking Eva out last week and calls her a bunch of names, saying she isn’t surprised the talentless Eva couldn’t make it tonight. Doudrop says she isn’t finished with Eva just yet and karma is just beginning to come around on Eva. 

Doudrop challenges Eva for a rematch on next week’s show and says if we thought last week’s beatdown was brutal, wait until next Monday because it will be unforgettable. Doudrop says Eva tormented her for months, claiming it was all part of the Eva-Lution but the Eva-Lution turned out to be a big Eva-Delusion.

– The New Day eliminated Mustafa Ali and Mansoor. Then, AJ Styles and Omos eliminated New Day. Bobby Lashley and MVP eliminated AJ Styles and Omos,band became the new #1 contenders for Raw Tag Team Titles. After the match, Omos hits the ring and hits the double hand chokeslam on Bobby Lashley.

Omos picks up AJ Styles and carries him to backstage and referee checks on Lashley, who is already getting back up to his feet. Lashley gets up but suddenly Orton hits a RKO outta nowhere and got a big pop from WWE Universe. Orton stands tall and raises the WWE Title in the air as his music hits. Bobby Lashley and MVP vs. RK-Bro is confirmed for next Monday. Orton poses in the corner with his Raw Tag Team Titles and Riddle back to the ring now and poses in the opposite corner with Orton. Lashley seethes from the mat and recovers while Orton and Riddle celebrate and Raw goes off the air.
