WWE Draft Night one kicked off on recent edition of Friday Night SmackDown and we have seen the Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair moving to SmackDown from Raw. Now, we got the some backstage details about the Charlotte Flair moving to blue brand.
Raj Giri of WrestlingInc reported that FOX Network specifically asked Charlotte Flair to move over to Friday Night SmackDown. This was undoubtedly the massive boost to the SmackDown.
I’m working on finding out which draft picks were demanded by the networks, but I can confirm that FOX specifically asked for Charlotte Flair

Now, Charlotte Flair moving to SmackDown raised the question about the Raw Women’s championship, which was held by The Queen. The status of SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch remains unclear as she did not get drafted on Night One. We have to wait and see which brand will pick Becky Lynch on Night Two of WWE Draft on Raw.
It also should be noted that WWE can’t have two women’s champions on the same brand, Becky Lynch will likely be moving over to Raw. In that case, we might see Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair might swap their titles like Street Profits and New Day swapped their tag team titles during last year’s Draft.
