WWE Crown Jewel 2021 PPV is live from Mohammed Abdu Arena on the Boulevard in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and the company announced ten matches for the event.
The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns will defend his Universal Championship against The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar, Becky Lynch will defend her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Bianca Belair and Big E will defend his WWE championship against Drew McIntyre.
WWE also announced that RK-Bro will defend their Raw Tag Team Titles against AJ Styles and Omos, Goldberg vs. Bobby Lashley in No Holds Barred match, Edge vs. Seth Rollins in Hell In A Cell Match and Mansoor vs. Mustafa Ali. And also Finn Balor will battle Xavier Woods in King of the Ring Tournament finals and Doudrop will battle Zelina Vega in Queen’s Tournament finals.
Here The WWE Crown Jewel 2021 PPV Full Results With Short Review:
– The Usos defeated Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander via pinfall in tag team match.
– Mansoor defeated Mustafa Ali via pinfall. After the match, Mansoor stood tall and the hometown crowd give huge pop. Mansoor continues celebrating until Ali attacks him from behind and beats him down. Suddenly, music hits and out comes a man with his face covered up.
Ali looks on as the man slowly makes his way to the ring and man faces off with Ali. He removes his face covering and reveals himself to be Tareg Hamedi, a Saudi karateka who won a silver medal in the 2020 Olympics. Fans pop big for Hamedi and Ali is worried. Ali now taunts Hamedi as Hamedi bounces around.
Ali tries to attack him but Hamedi drops him with a kick to the head. Then, Hamedi helps Mansoor to get on his feet and they hug in the middle of the ring. Hamedi and Mansoor celebrates and fans cheer them on with a standing ovation. Hamedi heads to the backstage while Mansoor stops to greets family at ringside. Then, Mansoor catches up with Hamedi on the ramp and they head to the backstage.
– We got a Breast Cancer Awareness Month video. Now, Titus O’Neil is in the ring with Natalya. They have four Saudi breast cancer survivors with them, representing the Zahra Breast Cancer Association. They each have a custom WWE Women’s Title belt with them. Natalya and Titus get the crowd to cheer them on.
– RK-Bro defeated AJ Styles and Omos via pinfall and successfully retained their Raw Tag Team Titles. After the match, Orton and Riddle stood tall in the middle of the ring and hugs eachother.
– Kevin Patrick at backstage with SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch. She is very confident about her Triple Threat title defense and isn’t worried about the odds being against her when it comes to a potential title loss. Becky says it’s time for the champ to remind everyone just who the hell she is.
– Zelina Vega defeated Doudrop via pinfall and won the inaugural Queen’s Crown tournament. After the match, Vega stood tall and looks a bit emotional and does her royal wave to the crowd. Vega went to the stage and puts on her cape and the crown as fans cheer her. Vega then grabs the scepter and takes a seat in the Queen’s Crown throne and she is announced as Queen Zelina. The pyro goes off and fireworks explode over the arena while Vega celebrates.
– Goldberg defeated Bobby Lashley via pinfall in No Holds Barred Falls Count Anywhere match. After the match, Goldberg stood tall but is limping around. Goldberg walks back over and looks down at Lashley, who is laid out next to the stage. Goldberg limps back to the ringside area and hugs a group of kids at ringside. Goldberg goes back on the stage and we see Lashley walking away from the debris. Now Goldberg looks at the camera and warns to never mess with his family.
– Xavier Woods defeated Finn Balor via pinfall and won the 2021 King of the Ring tournament. After the match, Xavier Woods stood tall and yells at the camera about this being his destiny. Then, Woods heads to the stage and takes his robe, crown and scepter, then takes a seat in the King of the Ring throne. Woods is officially announced as King Xavier as the pyro goes off and the fireworks explode above the arena. Woods yells out about finally being King, then raises his scepter in the air.
– Big E defeated Drew McIntyre via pinfall and successfully retained his WWE championship. After the match, Big E stood tall and takes the WWE Title. Big E hits the turnbuckles to pose. Drew exits and looks back at the ring and shows respect. Big E talking to the title and saying Drew brought it. Big E further says about how he’s just getting started.
– Becky Lynch defeated Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair via pinfall and successfully retained her SmackDown Women’s Championship. After the match, Becky stood tall and Becky raises the title in the air. Becky celebrates as Banks and Belair look on disappointed and emotional on the mat.
– Roman Reigns defeated Brock Lesnar via pinfall and successfully retained his Universal Championship. At the closing moments, Brock goes for F5 but mistakenly referee got hit by it. Then, Brock lifts referee to wake him up but suddenly from behind Reigns delivered spear to Lesnar.
They’re both laid out in the middle of the ring and Heyman watches closely as Lesnar and Reigns struggle to get up. Heyman tosses the belt in between the two, and yells that “you know what to do with it!” and then he turns around, covering his eyes.
Now, Lesnar and Reigns grabs title and finally Lesnar gets it, standing back up to his feet. Now, SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos rush the ring and hits Lesnar with a double superkick and gets out of the ring. Then, Reigns hits Lesnar with a title belt shot and covers Lesnar and second referee hits the ring to count the pin for victory.
After the match, The Bloodline stands tall together at ringside and celebrates, and Paul Heyman joins them. The Bloodline poses on the stage while Lesnar struggles to get back up in the ring. Heyman stands next to Roman but he looks a bit worried, and confused. Lesnar looks on from the ring while Reigns heading to backstage. Brock Lesnar looks furious for the loss and WWE Crown Jewel 2021 pay-per-view goes off air.
