Recently, there were reports suggested that WWE pitched the idea to book AJ Styles vs. Edge at WrestleMania this year. Several fans are excited to see the clash between these two megastars at the Grandest Stage of them all.
In a recent interview with TV Insider, the former WWE Champion AJ Styles discussed about his match against The Undertaker at WrestleMania and revealed that he’d been jealous of everyone who had the opportunity before him. He further said that he feels the same way about facing the Rated-R Superstar Edge.
“I had the opportunity to wrestle The Undertaker at WrestleMania. It was something I did not think I was going to get the chance to do. I was jealous of guys before who had the opportunity to do it. Edge is another of those guys. I didn’t think I would have this opportunity,” said Styles.
The Phenomenal One AJ Styles said that he doesn’t want to miss the chance to face the WWE Hall of Famer Edge but he also admitted that he’d do what’s best for business in the end.
“I’d really like to see it happen. But I’m a team player. Whatever comes up when it comes to WrestleMania, as long as I’m there, I’m happy,” said Styles.
