WWE planning to make this year’s WrestleMania event as big as possible. So, they are planning some unexpected returns and some huge matches. So, it’s natural that the 16-time World Champion John Cena name come up into discussion.
According to Ringside News reports, John Cena will not be a part of this year’s WrestleMania. He was discussed for a return, as was “everyone outside of religion and politics,” but it isn’t part of WWE’s plan. A member of the creative team have said the following:
“Cena was discussed, as was everyone outside of religion and politics, but Cena was never a real possibility.”
