WWE WrestleMania 38 is a two-night event scheduled to take place on April 2nd and 3rd, 2022, at the AT&T Stadium in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex city of Arlington, Texas.
The huge match for the tonight’s Night Two of WrestleMania 38 is Universal Champion Roman Reigns to face WWE Champion Brock Lesnar in Winner Takes All Titles Unification Match.
Other title matches are, RK-Bro to defend their Raw Tag Team Titles against The Street Profits and The Alpha Academy, and, Zelina Vega & Carmella to defend their Women’s Tag Team Titles against Sasha Banks & Naomi, Rhea Ripley & Liv Morgan and Natalya & Shayna Baszler.
WWE also announced The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) vs. Shemaus & Ridge Holland, Johnny Knoxville vs. Sami Zayn in Anything Goes Match, Pat McAfee vs. Austin Theory, Edge vs. AJ Styles and Omos vs. Bobby Lashley.

– WWE WrestleMania 38 Night Two opens up with Mike Rome introducing the singer Jessie James Decker for the “America The Beautiful” performance. Decker finishes up as the fireworks explode in the stadium. Mark Wahlberg appears and will narrate this video like he did on WrestleMania Saturday.
Wahlberg says the sequel usually isn’t as good as the first, but this will be one of those rare moments. Wahlberg goes on and says that’s it for the previews, it’s time for the main show, and this sequel isn’t edge of your seat, it’s out of your seat. He welcomes us back to the most stupendous two-night event in history, to WrestleMania Sunday.
– Triple H makes his way to the ring, in a suit and does his signature pose on the apron. The Game has a lengthy entrance as he takes it all in. The music stops and fans chant his name. They chant “thank you Hunter!” next and he acknowledges them in a show of respect.
Triple H says he just wanted to come out and say thank you, and to show us his love in the best way he knows how – welcome to WrestleMania! The pyro explodes on the stage and fireworks go off as the music hits and fans pop. Triple H leaves his boots in the ring as a symbol of his retirement. He exits the ring and hugs his family at ringside.
– Mike Rome introduces Gable Steveson, who is sitting at ringside. Gable raises his hand to the crowd and thanks them.
– RK-Bro defeated The Alpha Academy and The Street Profits via pinfall in Triple Threat Tag Team Match and successfully retained their Raw Tag Team Titles. After the match, Orton and Riddle celebrates and The Street Profits joins them in the ring, with red Solo cups. They give RK-Bro two drinks for a toast but they stop and invite Gable Steveson into the ring.
Gable enters and he also takes a red Solo cup. The Profits, RK-Bro and Gable have a WrestleMania toast but Chad comes in and smacks Steveson’s drink out of his hand. Steveson takes his shirt off as the others empty the ring. Chad tells Steveson to “Shoooosh!” when in his presence, but Steveson launches him with a big belly-to-belly throw. Steveson is fired up now as The Profits and RK-Bro cheer him on from ringside. Steveson exits the ring and finally the babyfaces get to have their red Solo cup WrestleMania toast.
– Bobby Lashley defeated Omos via pinfall. At the closing moments, Lashley goes for the big suplex but Omos fights out. Then, Lashley counters and tries again, this time he gets the suplex over but just barely off the mat. Lashley is fired up and hits Omis with a big Spear, and another. Then, Lashley covers for the pin to win. After the match, Bobby Lashley stood tall and referee raises his arm.
– Johnny Knoxville defeated Sami Zayn via pinfall. At the closing moments, The Jackass crew helps Knoxville bring a gigantic mouse trap into the ring now. They roll Sami back in and Knoxville is waiting. Sami stumbles around and gets hit with the taser by Knoxville. He falls on the mouse trap but Knoxville has trouble unhooking the mouse trap and it partially hits him. But it hits Sami harder and traps him under it, then, Knoxville goes for the pin to win.
– Sasha Banks and Naomi defeated Carmella & Zelina Vega, Liv Morgan & Rhea Ripley and Natalya & Shayna Baszler via pinfall to become the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. After the match, Sasha Banks and Naomi celebrated with the titles.
– Edge defeated AJ Styles via pinfall. At the closing moments, AJ hits the Styles Clash on Edge and covers for the pin but Edge barely kicks out. Then, AJ goes back to the apron for the Phenomenal Forearm but Damian Priest appears at ringside. AJ is briefly distracted but he still springboards in for the Styles Clash, but Edge knocks him out of the air with a big Spear and covers for the pin to win.
After the match, Edge recovers and looks confusing at Damian Priest. But Priest enters the ring and drops to one knee. Edge faces him, also on one knee. They both let out a sinister laugh, then stand tall together and raise their arms in the middle of the ring and left together.
– Sheamus and Ridge Holland defeated Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods via pinfall. At the closing moments, Sheamus drops Kofi on the floor with a Brogue Kick and Holland attacks Woods. But Woods superkicks him. Meanwhile, Butch distracts the referee from the apron, allowing Sheamus to level Woods with a Brogue Kick. Holland scoops Woods for Northern Grit for the pin to get the quick win.
After the match, Butch rushes the ring and attacks Woods, yanking at his braids but Sheamus and Holland hold him back. The music starts back up as the Fight Night group stands tall.
– It’s time to honor the 2022 WWE Hall of Famers again. This is shorter than the segment that took place on Night One. The lights go low and the bells toll as The Undertaker makes his way to the stage for a big pop. The music stops and Taker takes the standing ovation in as fans continue to applaud. The music starts back up and Taker waves to the crowd, then turns and makes his exit, stopping to look back and raise his fist in the air.
– Pat McAfee defeated Austin Theory via pinfall. After the match, Michael Cole goes crazy on commentary as McAfee stood tall. McAfee hits the corner to pose while Theory sits up against the barrier, bummed out. Vince walks over and has some words with Theory, pointing up at McAfee, who is still celebrating. McAfee looks down at Vince and Theory from the corner.
Pat McAfee apparently called Vince out. Vince has some words with McAfee but we can’t really hear what they’re saying. Some fans boo as it looks like Vince is walking away. Vince stops and takes his coat off and undoes his tie and his shirt as McAfee invites him in the ring. Cole and Saxton are begging McAfee to apologize. Vince takes off his button-up to reveal a tank top and enters the ring and there’s a referee now.
– Vince McMahon defeated Pat McAfee via pinfall with interference of Austin Theory. After the match, Vince stood tall and Theory kicks McAfee out of the ring. Cole checks on McAfee. Theory hits the corners to pose as Vince looks on, motioning for him to keep posing in the other corners. Theory opens his arms for a hug from Vince now. Vince opens his arms and they embrace in the middle of the ring.
Vince raises Theory’s arm in victory as Theory’s music hits but Vince looked a little surprised by it. They continue celebrating until the glass breaks sound hits and here comes WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin while McMahon and Theory look on, terrified. Austin enters and has a few words with Vince. It looks like Vince is trying to sell Theory to Austin.
Theory attacks but Austin unloads on him with punches, then a Stone Cold Stunner, sending Theory out to the floor. Vince and Austin are in the middle of the ring now. Vince looks to start pleading with his former rival. Austin talks Vince into having a beer with him. Austin catches two beers and hands one to Vince. Vince is cautious as he takes a small sip but he seems to enjoy the beer.
They then have a toast and start drinking the beer. But Austin kicks Vince for the Stone Cold Stunner but Vince stumbles a few steps back against the ropes. Austin grabs him and finishes the Stunner. Austin’s continues a beer bash in the corner. McAfee cheers Austin on from ringside. Vince is still flat on his back as Austin comes over and stomps a few times, kicking him out of the ring.
Austin invites McAfee into the ring and gives two beers to McAfee and they begin another beer bash. The beers keep coming as McAfee and Stone Cold continue. Austin suddenly drops McAfee with a Stone Cold Stunner out. Austin catches a few more beers as the celebration continues. We see McAfee flat on his back, but still drinking beer. Austin exits the ring, comes back in for one more wave to the crowd, and then marches up the ramp to backstage.
– Roman Reigns defeated Brock Lesnar via pinfall and became the new Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. At the closing moments, Reigns hits spear to Lesnar but referee also got hurt with it. Then, Reigns goes for low blow to Lesnar and hits him with Universal Title. Now, referee is up and Reigns goes for pin but Lesnar kicks out.
Roman Reigns is still shocked. Lesnar comes to his feet and Reigns goes for another spear hurting Lesnar kidneys. Reigns goes for one more spear but Lesnar catches him and goes for kimura lock. Somehow, Regins catches the rope. Now, Lesnar goes for F5 but Reigns escapes and hits spear and pinned him for the victory.
After the match, Roman Reigns stood tall while Heyman brings the gold in the ring as Reigns sells his arm injury. The announcers say Reigns just popped his shoulder back in. Reigns raises the WWE Title and the WWE Universal Title in the air. Reigns and Heyman then exit the ring. The replay shows how Heyman put Reigns’ hand on the bottom rope to break the Kimura. Lesnar is trying to recover in the ring. Heyman stands by as Reigns looks at the camera and points his finger to show he’s #1 and WrestleMania 38 Night Two goes off the air.
