Here The WWE Monday Night Raw Full Results:
– Tonight’s WWE Raw opened with Becky Lynch making her way to the ring. Lynch comes out with her arm in a sling. Fans chant “Becky!” now. She welcomes Houston to the Big Time and they pop again. Lynch says she gives it her all in everything she does, and she’s talked about hitting rock bottom and losing her way when she lost her title before, but she’s happy to say she found who she was at SummerSlam.
She continued that it’s not with the fancy clothes or the constant need of validation or glory, it’s in the persistence, the relentless performance, owning every mistake she’s ever made, the pursuit to being better than she was yesterday. And so when she separated her should on Saturday night, she had two choices – give up or give it everything she had, and so she grit her teeth and fought through 20 of the most painful minutes of her career, it wasn’t as painful as the realization that she’d become separated from reality.
Lynch goes on about creating the best women’s division ever, for the women who work hard each week, so when the referee counted 3, she knew she gave her best, but it wasn’t enough that night. She knows she is not defined by any match, she defines the match, and she is not defined by any title, she defines the title, and she will not be defined by any man, she defines The Man. She says we start a new era, a new comeback story, and it starts now. But she wants to give thanks to the woman who has pushed her every week for the last year. Now, Lynch calls Belair to the ring.
Belair comes to the ring to a pop. She stops on the apron and fans chant “EST!” now. Belair enters and declares Lynch to be The Man. They hug in the middle of the ring. Lynch tells Belair to hold it down, and she will see her soon. Lynch drops the mic and exits the ring as fans chant her name. Belair knows people question how she has respect for Lynch, and Belair hasn’t forgotten how Lynch did what she did, but she has never wanted to be handed anything, and the title is only worth the amount of work she’s willing to put in, and Lynch made her work for it.
Belair goes on about the mutual respect and says it means something. She goes on about how she won’t be caught slipping until the camera suddenly cuts backstage to Bayley, Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai. They are standing over a hurt Lynch, who has been attacked with a steel chair. Belair rushes to the back from the ring as Bayley, Sky and Kai retreat. Belair and officials check on Lynch to end the segment.
– We got the Logan Paul’s new Twitter video. He says he wants more of WWE. He says what happened at SummerSlam was the coolest thing he’s ever done, he’s addicted, and might’ve found his calling. Paul has called WWE executives to let them know he wants it all. Paul goes on and says he doesn’t know when or where it will be but it will be history making when he returns to the ring.
– AJ Styles defeated The Miz and Mustafa Ali via pinfall in #1 contenders Triple Threat match. He will face the winner of other #1 contender Triple Threat match.
– Becky Lynch is in the trainer’s room now, recalling what she remembers. She is asking for some ice. We cut backstage to Sarah Schreiber, who is with Bayley, Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai. Schreiber asks why they attacked Lynch earlier. Bayley says this isn’t about Lynch or Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair, this is about us, and you will see soon enough.
They walk off and Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos come walking in the door. The two teams nod at each other and share looks. Sarah asks The Usos about tonight’s main event title defense against The Mysterios. They say they are 100% and SummerSlam was business as usual for The Bloodline and tonight they will beat The Mysterios again, because… they are the 2s, and we are the 1s.
– Seth Rollins makes his way to the ring. Rollins takes the mic now and welcomes everyone to Monday Night Rollins. Rollins laughs about not having to hear from that idiot Riddle. He says it took a lot of guts to show up at SummerSlam and call Rollins out, but there’s a thin line between gutsy and stupid, and Riddle has crossed the stupid line more than Rollins can count.
Rollins says there’s a silver lining – Riddle has wanted so much to be like his best bro Randy Orton and now he is on the shelf with a career-threatening injury like Orton. Rollins laughs and fans boo. Rollins says now he can turn his attention to Roman Reigns and his Undisputed WWE Universal Title. The music interrupts and here comes The Street Profits – Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins.
Rollins doesn’t care if they’re good friends with Riddle. Rollins keeps talking trash to the crowd and taunts The Street Profits for losing to The Usos again. He says they suck so much as a tag team they should break up. Dawkins brings up how they defeated Rollins to win the Raw Tag Team Titles. Ford brings up how Cody Rhodes beat Rollins while injured. Rollins tells them to shut up again.
Rollins says he’d love to go and fight them but there’s only one of him. Rollins tells them to split up and find their ways back to him, then they can go at it one-on-one. Dawkins asks the crowd if they want to see Rollins face one of them. Dawkins says they’re going to play Paper, Rock, Scissors. Ford says this is the only time we will see them separated. Dawkins loves Ford. Ford wins and charges down the ramp with a referee. Rollins tries to stomp Ford but he escapes.
– Seth Rollins defeated Montez Ford via pinfall.
After the match, Rollins celebrates, then, he goes to attack Montez Ford again but Angelo Dawkins runs down to make the save, forcing Rollins to retreat.
– Alexa Bliss vs. Asuka match ended in no contest with Bayley, Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai interference. After the bell, Bliss is triple teamed while Asuka waits in the corner. Asuka is attacked now. Sky goes to the top for a moonsault with a steel chair onto Asuka, but Bianca Belair rushes down and the heels retreat through the crowd. Belair takes the mic and says she doesn’t care which one it is, but she wants a match with one of the heels tonight.
– Ciampa defeated Chad Gable and Dolph Ziggler via pinfall in #1 contender’s Triple Threat match. It’s confirmed AJ Styles vs. Ciampa later on the show.
– WWE Hall of Famer Edge makes his way to the ring. Edge thanks Houston for the reception and says to be fair, he’s been a bit of an asshole for the past few months but that all changes now because we both get what we want. Edge says he will keep this real simple – he created Judgment Day with the idea of helping younger talent realize their full potential, maybe pass on some of his knowledge from his 30 year career to Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley.
Fans boo and Edge encourages them. Edge says it felt like they were just getting started and going somewhere, but that first taste of power clouded their judgment and they thought they learned all they could from Edge, but they were damn wrong. Edge admits they, along with Finn Balor, got one over on him, which is rare, and put him on the shelf or a few months.
Edge says at SummerSlam he pulled himself out of the hell they put him in and now it’s time to kill what he created. Edge names all three by their first names, then says he is going to end The Judgment Day. Edge tosses the mic and exits the ring.
– Kevin Patrick at backstage with The Mysterios now. Rey Mysterio says The Judgment Day is now in their rear-views, and they have to deal with Edge, and they have no idea what they have coming. Rey talks about his bond with Edge and how he helped them deal with The Judgment Day, and he’s thankful for that. Rey goes on and looks ahead to capturing the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles from The Usos tonight.
– Sarah Schreiber at backstage with Bayley, Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai now. Bayley agrees that everyone is talking about SummerSlam, but not Becky Lynch or Bianca Belair, they’re talking about us, she says. Bayley asks if we’ve been watching the same show as her because these idiots on Raw have been in a downward spiral since she left, so she took it as a cry for help, to come save the show.
Bayley says she outsourced two that have waited for this moment for far too long, and who actually needed the opportunity. Kai says they know how to play The Game, and Bayley says they know how to get what they want, and soon they will be in control. Sky issues a warning says she will see Bianca Belair out there. The heels head off to the ring as Bayley hypes them up.
– Bianca Belair vs. Iyo Sky match ended in no contest. At the closing moments, Belair rocks Sky with a forearm. Bayley grabs at Belair’s leg, distracting her. Belair still stays on Sky but Sky rolls her up with her feet on the ropes but Bliss removes them. This leads to a big brawl breaking out among team of Bayley, Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai with team of Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss and Asuka. The brawl goes on for a few minutes until officials hit the ring and try to restore order.
– The Miz and Ciampa are at backstage with Kevin Patrick now. Miz says he was cheated at Summer Slam in the match against Logan Paul, and WWE is not some playground for an entitled YouTuber. He says AJ Styles blindsided Ciampa like the coward he is to help Paul get a tainted win on Saturday. Miz goes on and says tonight isn’t about him, it’s about Ciampa.
Ciampa says tonight AJ will see he picked the wrong side at Summer Slam. Ciampa used to respect AJ, his accomplishments and journey to WWE, but he chose to back a social media influence who made a mockery of our home, so when he crushes AJ’s United States Title dreams tonight, it will be that more satisfying. Miz points to Ciampa’s passion and devotion, and says Ciampa may not have helped him beat Paul at SummerSlam, but Miz will help Ciampa become the next elite WWE Superstar. Miz says under his tutelage, Ciampa will become the next WWE United States Champion. Ciampa nods in approval.
– Ciampa defeated AJ Styles via pinfall with some help of The Miz and became the new #1 contender for Bobby Lashley’s United States Championship. After the match, Ciampa stood tall and it’s confirmed Ciampa vs. Lashley for next week. Ciampa poses on the ropes and motions for the title around his waist as Miz hypes him up.
– Kevin Patrick at backstage with WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley now, asking about defending against Ciampa. Lashley says he wouldn’t have it any other way, he’d defend the title every week on Raw if he has to because he lives for this. Lashley goes on and says Ciampa proved he deserves the title shot, proved he’s a brawler, tough and hungry, which makes him dangerous, especially with the conniving The Miz in his corner. As Lashley said before, he will defeat anyone, anywhere, at any time, because he is bringing respect back to the title. He says last week he humbled Theory and he has no problem giving Ciampa a reality check by beating him up and putting him in the Hurt Lock.
– The Usos defeated Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio via pinfall and successfully retained their WWE Undisputed Tag Team Titles. After the match, The Usos head to the back as The Judgment Day rushes into the ring from the other side, attacking The Mysterios. Rhea Ripley chokes Dominik out with her legs, while Finn Balor and Damian Priest double team Rey. Now, music hits and here comes WWE Hall of Famer Edge. He rushes in, drops Balor, then unloads on Priest, clotheslining him over the top rope to the floor.
Balor charges but Edge rocks him and nails the Edgecution for a big pop. Edge is fired up for the crowd now. He goes for a Spear to Balor but Ripley shoves Dominik in the way and Edge takes out Dominik with a Spear. A furious Edge chases Balor and Priest off through the crowd while Ripley laughs and taunts the babyfaces from ringside. Rey checks on his son. The post-SummerSlam edition of Monday Night Raw goes off the air with Rey and medics checking on Dominik.
