Two WWE Hall Of Famers Set To Appear On Monday Night Raw 30th Anniversary
WWE Monday Night Raw will be celebrating 30 years on television during its January 23rd episode. The show will air from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. WWE’s biggest stars have already been announced for the show, including Roman Reigns, Bobby Lashley, Seth Rollins, and Becky Lynch.
According to the PWInsider reports, WWE is planning to bring in two Hall of Famers for the WWE Raw 30th anniversary. Sean “X-Pac” Waltman and Kane are scheduled to appear on the landmark show. Waltman was present for the recent DX reunion, and Kane has made sporadic appearances with the company while serving as the Mayor of Knox County in Tennessee since 2018.
Reported Update About Shane McMahon’s Current Position In WWE
Shane McMahon wasn’t seen on WWE television since his appearance during the 2022 Royal Rumble match. Shane McMahon was reportedly let go by the company after se issues at last year’s Royal Rumble event. Shane was the lead producer for the men’s Royal Rumble last year and was also entrant #28 in the match.
Shane McMahon managed to make it to the final three superstars in the match before being eliminated by Brock Lesnar. It was his first match since losing to Braun Strowman in a Steel Cage match during Night 1 of WrestleMania 37.
In the WWE’s latest SEC Filing, the company disclosed that Shane McMahon was retained by the company as an independent contractor with a salary of $828,000 in 2022.
Mandy Rose Addressed Her Wrestling Future Following WWE Release
For nearly a year and a half, the former leader of Toxic Attraction Mandy Rose dominated the NXT women’s division. She held the NXT Women’s Championship for 413 days before dropping it to Roxanne Perez ahead of her departure from the WWE. Before releasing her, the company was reportedly discussing moving Mandy Rose back to the main roster.
The former NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose recently had an interview with Adam’s Apple and addressed whether she would return to the wrestling business after leaving WWE. Mandy Rose also clarified that she has had no contact with Triple H since her departure.
