Roman Reigns Elimination Chamber Opponent
The Bloodline and Sami Zayn’s storyline reached its climax as Sami Zayn betrayed Roman Reigns by refusing to participate in the attack on Kevin Owens and hitting Reigns with steel chair. This resulted in Sami Zayn being beaten by Roman Reigns’ crew except Jey Uso. After this Royal Rumble closing segment only increased Zayn’s popularity with the fans, leading to speculation about a potential match between Sami Zayn and Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39.
However, there is a possibility that this highly-anticipated single match will take place at the Elimination Chamber on February 18th as per the new reports. During the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer’s Daily Update, Dave Meltzer suggested that the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns would face Sami Zayn at upcoming Elimination Chamber premium live event.
“Roman Reigns vs. Sami Zayn is now as confirmed as it can be for the 2/18 Elimination Chamber show main event in Montreal.”
Update About Bray Wyatt And Alexa Bliss After Royal Rumble
Alexa Bliss, a former RAW Women’s Champion, may be reuniting with Bray Wyatt after her recent defeat at the Royal Rumble 2023 against Bianca Belair for the RAW Women’s Championship. Following the match, an Uncle Howdy video appeared on the big screen, hinting at Bray Wyatt’s involvement. Although Bray Wyatt has not yet been part of any segments with Alexa Bliss, the Firefly logo and Uncle Howdy have been repeatedly appearing to haunt her.
According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer, it’s possible that Bray Wyatt will soon become involved in the Alexa Bliss storyline as well after the recent happenings with Alexa Bliss in WWE. Here what Dave Meltzer stated:
“KOD, nothing special, Bianca pinned her and then we had an Uncle Howdy video and it was over. Obviously, Alexa Bliss and Bray Wyatt are going to get back together in some form and major storyline. The idea is that Alexa Bliss losing clean is part of the transition, it wasn’t the final destination. It was really nothing, just a seven minute match. The match they had on RAW was far better than this one.”
