WWE Money In The Bank 2010 Full Results, Winners And Highlights

The Money in the Bank 2010 was the inaugural Money in the Bank pay-per-view event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). This event took place on July 18th, 2010, at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri. This event included two Money in the Bank ladder matches, one for WWE Monday Night Raw and other for WWE Friday Night SmackDown. 

This Money In The Bank ladder match was previously held at WrestleMania from 2005 to 2010. Following WrestleMania XXVI in March, the match concept was converted into PPV event. The event received 169,000 pay-per-view buys. Total nine matches took place in this event including one dark match.

– Santino Marella defeated William Regal via pinfall in Singles match (Dark Match)

– Kane defeated Big Show, Christian, Cody Rhodes, Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre, Kofi Kingston and Matt Hardy in Money in the Bank ladder match for a World Heavyweight Championship contract

– Alicia Fox (c) defeated Eve Torres via pinfall in Singles match and successfully retained her WWE Divas Championship

– The Hart Dynasty (David Hart Smith and Tyson Kidd) (with Natalya) (c) defeated The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso) (with Tamina) via submission in Tag team match for the Unified WWE Tag Team Championship

– Rey Mysterio (c) defeated Jack Swagger via pinfall in singles match and successfully retained his World Heavyweight Championship

– Kane defeated Rey Mysterio (c) via pinfall Singles match for the World Heavyweight Championship (Kane cashed-in his Money In The Bank Briefcase on Rey Mysterio)

– Layla (c) (with Michelle McCool) defeated Kelly Kelly (with Tiffany) via pinfall[32] in singles match and successfully retained her WWE Women’s Championship

– The Miz defeated Chris Jericho, Edge, Evan Bourne, John Morrison, Mark Henry, Randy Orton and Ted DiBiase in Money in the Bank ladder match for a WWE Championship contract

– Sheamus (c) defeated John Cena by escaping the cage in Steel Cage match and successfully retained his WWE Championship
