Meanwhile, Cody Rhodes defeated Dominik and he’s ready for whatever is next for him. Shayna Baszler turned on Ronda Rousey starting her feud at the event. We also saw Drew McIntyre return at Money In The Bank and attacking WWE Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER.
According to the reports from Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, that six matches are currently in consideration for Summer Slam 2023.
The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns is expected to put his title on line against Jey Uso at the WWE show. Jey Uso was the first one to pin The Tribal Chief in 1294 days, so it’s understandable that this feud might continue.
On the other hand, Cody Rhodes is expected to have third match against Brock Lesnar.
It’s also noted that Trish Stratus will face Becky Lynch, Gunther will put his title on line against the returning Drew McIntyre, and the two former tag team partners, Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler, will also collide in one on one match.
And also there will be on Triple Threat match between Asuka, Charlotte Flair, and Bianca Belair, which will possibly be for the women’s title.
Logan Paul is expected to have a match at WWE Summer Slam, but it’s not yet clear who he will face.
