– Drew McIntyre and Damian Priest segment. McIntyre opened tonight’s Raw and took shots at CM Punk. He says Jey Uso lost all the title matches but still got his King of the Ring spot. He says he will deal with Jey later but right now he’s target is the World Heavyweight championship and calls Damian Priest a paper champion. Priest came out and took shots at McIntyre. Priest says once McIntyre is fully recovered he will get the shot for the World Heavyweight championship.
– Iyo Sky defeated Shayna Baszler via pinfall in a Second Round Match In The 2024 Queen Of The Ring Tournament.
– Damian Priest and Carlito segment backstage. Carlito wants to join Judgment Day but Priest denies. Carlito says that the most stubborn of minds can be changed. Maybe one day they all can be amigos.
– Chad Gable, Otis, Maxxine Durpi, Akira Tozawa segment backstage.
– Cathy Kelley backstage interview with Kofi Kingston about his match against GUNTHER.
– We see R-Truth talking to Adam Pearce in his office. The Miz is concerned that Truth is setting up title matches behind his back. Pearce reassures Miz that they’re not defending the titles tonight. It’s time to find them new number one contenders. Kiana James joins the conversation. She’s looking forward to working under Pearce’s tutelage. She’s here to leverage this opportunity to the fullest and to show the world why she’s the one percent. Pearce says that Kiana has the right attitude, and if she needs anything, make sure to give him a call. Truth gets confused by Kiana’s use of the word adjudicate as she exited the office. Truth doesn’t even know if adjudicate is even PG.
– GUNTHER w/Ludwig Kaiser defeated Kofi Kingston In A Second Round Match In The 2024 King Of The Ring Tournament.
– Jackie Redmond had a backstage interview with Lyra Valkyria about her last week win and helping Becky Lynch. Becky Lynch thanks Lyra for having her back, and she’s happy that she’s on Raw. Becky tells Lyra to crush it tonight as she walks away. How has Lyra been preparing for her match tonight against Zoey Stark? Lyra mentions that her and Zoey never competed in a one-on-one match.
Liv Morgan interrupts the interview. Liv congratulates Lyra on her debut and says that she’s going to have a lot of fun on Raw. Liv has a question for Lyra. Has Becky always been a bitch? Lyra tells Liv to ask Becky, herself. Becky was standing behind Liv the entire time. Becky proceeds to punch Liv in the face. Becky says that she’s not the one afraid of a face-to-face fight, and calls Liv a bitch.
– Kofi Kingston runs into Karrion Kross in the backstage area. Kross tells Kofi that he doesn’t have to worry because there’s always time to turn things around and walks away as Xavier Woods showed up with an icepack for Kofi.
– Bronson Reed defeated Akira Tozawa w/Chad Gable via pinfall.
– Cathy Kelley interviews Ludwig Kaiser backstage.
– Adam Pearce tells Jackie Redmond that there will be a Fatal Four Way Match to determine the number one contender to the World Tag Team Champions, The Awesome Truth. Why was Bron Breakker not allowed to participate in the KOTR Tournament? Pearce knows that Bron has unlimited potential. He doesn’t want to shove Bron into the deep end. Bron tells Pearce that his opponents in the KOTR would’ve been in the deep end with him, not the other way around. He would watch all of them drown and smile. He should’ve been in the tournament.
– Lyra Valkyria defeated Zoey Stark In A Second Round Match In The 2024 Queen Of The Ring Tournament.
– Jey Uso cuts a promo about his tonight match against Ilja Dragunov.
– Sami Zayn defeated Otis w/Chad Gable via pinfall.
– Braun Strowman giving The Creed Brothers some encouragement backstage. JD McDonagh interrupts the conversation. Braun doesn’t seem to be phased by JD at all. JD is here on behalf of The Judgment Day. He wants to remind Braun that The Judgment Day runs Raw, and he needs to keep his nose out of their business or else.
– Becky Lynch defeated Dakota Kai w/Damage CTRL via disqualification.
– Jackie Redmond backstage interview with Ilja Dragunov.
– The Judgement Day defeated The New Catch Republic, The Authors Of Pain w/The Final Testament and The Creed Brothers in a Fatal Four Way Match and became the number one contenders for WWE World Tag Team Championship.
– Next week on Raw, Sami Zayn will battle Chad Gable. Plus, the semi-finals of the 2024 King & Queen Of The Ring Tournaments.
– Ricochet tells Ilja Dragunov that the next time they get in the ring together, the outcome will be different. He wishes Dragunov good luck with tonight’s main event and tells him to get the crown.
– Damian Priest likes what he saw from Carlito tonight. However, it’s important that Carlito doesn’t let The Judgment Day down going forward.
