The Bloodline, the dominant faction in WWE, is no more. Shocking events last week on WWE SmackDown confirmed what many had been talking about for months—Solo Sikoa walked out and took the once-unified faction that had the entire WWE universe in its grip.
During last week’s SmackDown, Solo Sikoa dramatically departed, leaving the rest of a confused set of superstars in his wake, Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga included as they stood within the ring at the time. This left this moment in shock for the very seismic shift which WWE has in store, because the once almighty Bloodline could no longer stand united anymore. Jacob Fatu, who had been a key player in the Bloodline’s feud with other WWE stars, took the mic and declared that he was “just getting started.”
The fallout of Sikoa’s departure leads to a big show down. Tama Tonga as he has been set up to face a star in the LA Knight who had long been at odds with Bloodline. Before their encounter, Knight fearlessly declared on X that the Bloodline was officially “done.” He did not mince words in referring to the new Bloodline faction as a “fake version” and confirming that, without Solo Sikoa, there is neither leadership nor structure to be used in holding the group together. According to him, this is the beginning of his journey back to the top towards the title he has been striving for.
“No more fake Bloodline. No Solo to help you win. Step 1 in getting back to the top starts tomorrow…with everybody sayin’… #SmackDown @WWE,” LA wrote.

The Impact on the Future of the Bloodline
Now that Solo Sikoa is out of the picture, and Roman Reigns is off doing his thing, the Bloodline’s power and influence has dissipated into thin air. As LA Knight aptly put it, “without Sikoa, it’s not the Bloodline anymore.” This once-unified force that terrorized WWE is now just a memory of what once was. The lack of leadership has left the other members of the faction in a scramble.
However, danger is not something that is alleviated. Jacob Fatu shows his destructive potential as a powerhouse, and it is clear that he will dominate anyone standing in his way. As the fans are left in awe of whether Fatu stays loyal to Tama Tonga, his actions clearly indicate that Fatu now has an agenda of his own. Is Fatu going rogue, or will he stay as a loyal ally while this faction is disintegrating?
With the New Bloodline crumbling, expect some interesting shifts in the landscape. The lack of Solo Sikoa leaves a gap in the faction, and with Roman Reigns maintaining more of his own focus on his championship reign, the group’s influence in WWE may be a thing of the past.
However, one thing is for sure-the war between LA Knight and what remains of the Bloodline is far from over. Is Knight to be believed in asserting that the faction is finished for good, or are stars rising to give him a fight, like Fatu did for instance?
Time only will tell, but one thing is obvious enough-the Bloodline, as we knew it, is no more.
