- Cody Rhodes opened the show and addressed Elimination Chamber participants. Drew McIntyre interrupts. Then, Jacob Fatu interrupted and cuts a promo. We see Solo Sikoa is back and Fatu went in search of Solo.
- Jacob Fatu attacked production assistants backstage area.
- Trish Stratus appears in the crowd.
- Naomi defeated Chelsea Green by pinfall to qualify for Women’s Elimination Chamber Match.

- MCMG defeated Los Garzas by pinfall in the tag team match.
- Jacob Fatu finally catches Solo Sikoa and asks what is happening. Solo needs some time off after losing Ula Fala but now it’s take over the business. So, it will start with Jacob winning the Elimination Chamber qualifying match. Solo asks if Jacob is with him. Jacob leaves but Solo stops him and says he loves him.
- Damian Priest promo video
- United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura, LA Knight and The Miz segment leads to match between The Miz and LA Knight.
- LA Knight defeated The Miz by pinfall to become the new #1 contender for WWE United States Championship.
- Alexa Bliss runs into Nia Jax and Candice LeRae in the backstage area. Alexa wants to wish Nia the best of luck, hopefully she fares better than how Candice did last week. Nia says that she’ll be fine, she’s used to former partners stabbing her in the back. It’s funny to Alexa, because if Nia wins the title, and she wins the Elimination Chamber, they can fight each other at WrestleMania. We get a Wyatt Sicks flash graphic.
- Andrade meets The Miz backstage and says he give some lessons to The Miz and left. Carmelo Hayes comes in. Miz tries to team with him but Hayes left.
- Carmelo Hayes defeated R-Truth by pinfall.
- The Street Profits promo video.
- The Pretty Deadly backstage interview was interrupted by DIY with a heated exchange.
- Kevin Owens promo video. Owens issued a challenge to Sami Zayn for a match at Elimination Chamber.
- Tiffany Stratton defeated Nia Jax via Disqualification to retain her WWE Women’s Championship. After the match, Nia and Candice attacked Tiffany. Trish Stratus came out for save but taken out by Nia.
- Charlotte Flair comes out while Tiffany Stratton laid out in the ring. She reveals that she chooses to face Tiffany at WrestleMania.
- Drew McIntyre confronts Jimmy Uso backstage. Jimmy attacked McIntyre.
- Damian Priest defeated Braun Strowman & Jacob Fatu to qualify for Men’s Elimination Chamber Match. During the match, Solo Sikoa accidentally hits Tama Tonga while taking out Cody Rhodes. Jacob Fatu was mad at Solo Sikoa. These distractions help Damian Priest to pick up the win by pinning Braun Strowman.
