CM Punk stormed to the ring with a furious look on his face, angry at having been the runner-up in the Men’s Elimination Chamber match. He picked up a microphone and stood on the commentary table, calling out his enemies. Punk mocked The Rock, calling him a “bald fraud” and teased him for being an imitation champion. He then spoke about John Cena, accusing him of selling out and giving up on the fans, saying, “We can all see him now.”
“I'm gonna get my hands on both of you bald frauds, and when I do, you'll be making a wish that I never did.”

Jey Uso came in to pull off the save, taking down Gunther and delivering some strikes before spearing Gunther out of the ring. Jey showed off by holding up the World Heavyweight Title but was ambushed in the back by Grayson Waller and Austin Theory. Jey managed to fend them off, superkicking Theory and sending Waller off the ropes. Jey then speared Waller.

Penta immediately ran to the ring, superkicking Kaiser and then hitting him with a hurricanne. Penta attempted a lifting slam, but Kaiser dodged. Penta then delivered a rib kick, a Slingblade neckbreaker, and then threw Kaiser over the top rope. Penta delivered a springboard clothesline on Kaiser on the outside of the ring and finished off with a somersault dive onto Kaiser on the floor.

In a violent tag team title match, the dominant champions The War Raiders successfully defended the titles against American Made. The War Raiders, whose style was hard-hitting and wrecking havoc, were too much for the challengers to manage. As much as there was a brave attempt from American Made, Erik had Brutus in a hold while Ivar delivered a springboard clothesline for the War Machine double team move. Ivar then covered Brutus to get the pinfall victory.
Finn Balor and Bron Breakker Confrontation

Finn Balor came out and spoke about Bron Breakker, stating that Bron was only Intercontinental Champion because The Judgment Day permitted it. Bron responded by saying that he’s still champion because he’s a tough dude and embarrassed The Judgment Day last week. Balor told that he could take the title at any time and warned Bron that the fans would be watching him defeating Bron.
Bron Breakker rushed to ringside, but Carlito interfered and Bron threw him over the railing. Dominik Mysterio attempted to attack Bron, but Bron grabbed him and suplexed him on the outside. Bron got into the ring and Balor attacked him with a Slingblade, followed by a stomp on the ribs. Bron resisted, delivering a military press into a powerslam. While Bron headed for a Spear, Dominik pulled Balor out of the ring. Bron turned back and Speared Carlito on the floor.
Women’s World Championship – IYO SKY defeated Rhea Ripley

Rhea Ripley slammed Iyo Sky face-first into the ring apron and then slammed her into the commentary table. Bianca Belair encouraged Sky to return to the ring to prevent a countout, which angered Ripley. Ripley pushed Belair to the ground, and they pushed each other. The referee, Jessika Carr, intervened to break the confrontation rather than issuing a DQ.
Ripley threatened Belair that she would pay for that, and Belair replied that she was just watching. Ripley attempted Riptide on Iyo Sky, but Sky reversed it with a hurricanne. Sky went to the top and executed Over The Moonsault on Ripley for the pin, making Iyo Sky the new Women’s World Champion.
