Tonight’s WWE Friday Night SmackDown is live from the O2 Arena in London, England. WWE announced LA Knight (c) vs. Braun Strowman for the WWE U.S. Championship, Street Profits (c) vs. Pretty Deadly for the WWE Tag Team Titles, Drew McIntyre will appear and Roman Reigns, CM Punk & Seth Rollins will sign the contracts for their match at WrestleMania 41.
Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre Segment
Cody Rhodes opened the show and addressed John Cena. Randy Orton interrupted him. Orton brings up how Rhodes came to the top and praised Rhodes accomplishments. Orton is proud of Rhodes.
Further Orton mentions that Cody Rhodes will walk in WrestleMania as champion and walk out as the champion. Then, he will come after that WWE Championship. Drew McIntyre interrupts.
Drew McIntyre brings up how he lost his title due to Damian Priest. McIntyre says Orton should be back in the line as he’s coming for that title after WrestleMania 41. Then, he took the shots at Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes. Cody attacks McIntyre. Orton goes for RKO but McIntyre escapes.
WWE Tag Team Championship Match
The Street Profits defeated The Pretty Deadly and successfully retained their WWE Tag Team Titles.
Zelina Vega, Kayden Carter and Katana Chase had an argument with Piper Niven, Chelsea Green and Alba Fyre backstage earlier. That led to a tag team match.
The Secret Hervice vs. Kayden Carter and Katana Chase
The Secret Hervice (Piper Niven and Alba Fyre) defeated Kayden Carter and Katana Chase. After the match, Piper, Alba and Green continued attacking them. Zelina Vega came out to save.
WWE United States Championship Match
LA Knight defeated Braun Strowman by disqualification after Jacob Fatu interference and retained his WWE United States Championship. After the match, Jacob Fatu destroyed Braun Strowman and LA Knight.
Jimmy Uso, The Miz and Carmelo Hayes Backstage Segment
Jimmy Uso backstage interview. He talks about slapping GUNTHER on WWE Raw. He further says he will go to Raw next week and beat GUNTHER. Jimmy Uso sees The Miz and Carmelo Hayes laughing.
The Miz says either Jimmy or Jey can’t beat GUNTHER. Jimmy says he sees GUNTHER next week but tonight it will be Jimmy vs. Miz.
Jacob Fatu, Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga Backstage Segment
Solo Sikoa is angry at doing things without them. Fatu says Solo cost him title last week and he will do anything to bring the title to family. Solo says Fatu to lower his voice while speaking with him. Fatu says he will win the with you or without you raising tensions with Solo.
Naomi Video Package
Naomi questions Bianca Belair why she’s mad to her even she was with her in bad times. Why she believes Jade Cargill more than her. She warns Cargill to not be in her way or else she will face more consequences.
Jade Cargill Backstage Segment
Jade Cargill was shown talking to Nick Aldis backstage. Aldis told Cargill Naomi wasn’t there and Cargill then ran into Michin and B-Fab, the latter of whom said what Naomi did was trash. B-Fab said Naomi deserves everything that’s coming to her.
Michin vs. Charlotte Flair
Michin made her way to the ring with B-Fab. But suddenly, Naomi attacked them. Jade Cargill came out to make save.
Charlotte Flair defeated Michin.
Tiffany Stratton Backstage Interview
Redmond interviewed Tiffany Stratton backstage and brought up how hard Charlotte came at Tiffy last week. Tiffy said Charlotte is still so insecure, she wouldn’t let a rookie get a word out last week.
Tiffy said if she loses at Mania, she loses to Charlotte, a legend. But if Charlotte loses, she loses to a little girl rookie. Tiffy said she’ll make damn sure that what stays in Vegas is her massive ego. Tiffy said she will walk out of Vegas as the WWE Women’s Champion.
Drew McIntyre vs. Randy Orton
Drew McIntyre defeated Randy Orton by pinfall after Kevin Owens distraction. After the match, Orton attacks Owens but he some have managed to escape.
Rey Fenix Vignette
A Rey Fenix teaser aired and they actually called him “Rey Fenix” and confirmed that he will make his official debut on next week’s show. It is also announced that B-Fab will go one-on-one against Naomi in singles action on next week’s show.
Jimmy Uso vs. The Miz
Jimmy Uso defeated The Miz by pinfall.
Damian Priest Attacks Drew McIntyre
Backstage, Drew McIntyre ran into Lewis Capaldi backstage and they exchanged pleasantries. Redmond showed up and congratulated Drew on his win. Drew said he didn’t care about other people’s business and when nobody gets involved with his business, he wins.
McIntyre said he’s going out on the town and opened the door to leave, but Damian Priest was waiting and Priest brawled with Drew on a car. Everything ended with Priest giving Drew a South Of Heaven to Drew on top of the windshield.
CM Punk was shown walking backstage and stopped to look at McIntyre reeling on top of the car. Punk smirked and kept walking to the ring.
Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and CM Punk WrestleMania 41 Match Contract Signing
Roman Reigns comes out with Paul Heyman for the contract singing. He asks London to Acknowledge him. Fans started singing “Roman, Roman Reignssss”. Reigns put the mic to the Heyman and he starts singing. Reigns says he’s here to sign the contract and sign it.
Seth Rollins interrupts him. Fans start humming his theme. Rollins put the mic to the Heyman to sing. Seth Rollins asks why Reigns is in a hurry to leave. Rollins says they both have accomplished a lot of things and put the company on the top. But why is he siding with CM Punk.
Reigns says it’s not “WE”. It’s me who put the company on top and you are just here. Seth Rollins says he finishes all the things at WrestleMania and signs the contract. CM Punk interrupts.
CM Punk says he’s here to chew the gum and sign the contract. Punk takes the contract and is about to sign. Reigns tells Punk to check the fourth page. Punk is in shock. Heyman says it’s Punk’s dream come true. He’s going to the main event the WrestleMania along with Reigns and Rollins. Punk is emotional.
Seth Rollins crashes out and says they are going to the main event just because of Punk.. Punk is not deserved for the main event WrestleMania as he did not earn it. Reigns tells Punk to thank him and acknowledge for giving him the main event. Punk thanks for giving the main event but Rollins is frustrated for Punk getting the main event spot and the show went off air.
