Paul Heyman Says There Is Fascinating Journey Ahead For Roman Reigns
The Big Dog Roman Reigns returned to WWE at Summer Slam and turned heel for the first time. He then shocked everyone by pairing up with Paul Heyman and went on to win the Universal Title by defeating The Fiend Bray Wyatt.
Paul Heyman recently had an interview with NYpost, he talked about Roman Reigns heel turn and his journey in WWE. He said that everyone is thinking this is Roman’s villainous version but this is only small portion of his persona. He said that there is long narrative and fascinating journey ahead.
“I find it very funny how everyone is so quick to jump the gun that we are presenting this purely villainous version of Roman Reigns. The reason why I say that is, we haven’t even scratched the surface of the depths this character can go to. We’re not even out of the gate yet when it comes to that. There’s a long narrative and a fascinating journey ahead. All we’ve done is taken away the kissing babies and smiling into the camera and trying to put smiles on people’s faces of his personality, which a lot of people had trouble buying into from the get-go.”
Roman Reigns is showing his different and dominant side, there is long journey ahead for him to show more of his character. Currently, He is once again set to defend his Universal Title against his cousin Jey Uso at Hell In A Cell PPV.
