WWE Summer Slam is the company’s biggest event in Summer and it was also expected that live fans returning to the show. This event usually take place on August every year but recently there has been a iteration of dates as company is planning for return on touring.
Now, we got an update about the Summer Slam 2021 schedule. According to the PW Insider report, WWE Summer Slam 2021 might take place on August 22nd. It was also noted that location for the event not yet finalized.
The 2021 WWE Summerslam PPV will be Sunday 8/22. We are told the location still has yet to be finalized.
Last year, WWE had plan of hosting Summer Slam at Boston but it didn’t take place due to pandemic outbreak. It was also unlikely to happen this year Summer Slam at Boston because pandemic restrictions are extended by few weeks at Boston.
There is no clear information about the WWE’s biggest event on Summer but it was reported by John Alba that WWE looking to get out of Florida for the Summer Slam and a “major venue out west” is under consideration.
