WWE is building towards upcoming Hell In A Cell 2021 Pay-Per-View and they yet to book the Universal Championship Match for the event. Following the lastest edition of Friday Night Smackdown, it seems like WWE started building towards Universal Title match.
On this week’s Smackdown, The Usos and The Mysterios battled on the main event with Smackdown Tag Team Titles on line but that match was ended in disqualification after Roman Reigns attacking both Rey and Dominik Mysterio.

According to the Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline, WWE is planning towards Rey Mysterio vs. Roman Reigns for the upcoming pay-per-view Hell In A Cell with Universal Championship on line.
Dave Meltzer has confirmed that Reigns defending against Mysterio is the direction for WWE’s next pay-per-view event, which takes place on June 20. This follows an angle on Friday’s SmackDown where Reigns attacked Mysterio and his son, Dominik, preventing The Usos from losing a second match against the father and son team.
So, this explains why Roman Reigns attacked Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio during the tag titles match against The Usos. Many fans expected that Jimmy Uso might be the opponent for Roman Reigns for Hell In A Cell Pay-Per-View but company had other plans.
