The Monster Braun Strowman was released by WWE on June 2nd, 2021 due to budget cuts but now it seems that company interested to bring the former Universal Champion back.
Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that WWE is interested to bringing back Braun Strowman especially after recent AEW signings.

Recently, several former WWE superstars signed with AEW that includes Aleister Black, Andrade, Big Show, Christian Cage and Mark Henry. There were also many rumors that Daniel Bryan and CM Punk are also in talks with All Elite Wrestling, who could change the landscape of AEW and bring the more power.

But it should be noted that currently WWE have only interest in bringing back The Monster as WWE live fans are back to the arena. WWE also recently brought back Zelina Vega after releasing her last year over the third party ban issues.
